Honor Your Organization With a Group Paver Installation on the Revenue Cutter Argus Promenade

Prominently positioned along the historic New London waterfront, the Argus Promenade will serve as a meaningful and impactful entryway to the National Coast Guard Museum. The Argus Promenade is the Museum’s living archive—a place where you can honor your Coast Guard heritage and pride for the Service through a commemorative group paver installation. Groups that participate in this unique program now will have their pavers installed prior to the Museum’s anticipated grand opening in 2026. Funds raised through this opportunity support construction of the Museum and its mission to educate, honor, preserve, and inspire.

The National Coast Guard Museum Association is committed to ensuring a variety of groups are honored in this living memorial. Group paver installations will recognize formal Coast Guard organizations, informal affiliations, or self-identified affinity groups.

Group Paver Installation Design

There are four group installation designs. Depending on the size of your group at the time of initial purchase, a design will be selected and oriented within the Argus Promenade by the Museum’s architectural design experts. Final review of design and layout will be confirmed with each group prior to installation. Custom inscriptions for each individual paver will be inscribed according to paver specifications.

Group Paver Installation Design

With a central paver identifying the group name, surrounding customized pavers will recognize each member of your group. There is also an opportunity for installation expansion to include future members of your group.

• Group pavers will be located along the south side of the Museum, embedded in the Argus Promenade. Phase 1 of the program accommodates up to 20 groups.
• Groups that participate now will have their installation completed prior to the anticipated grand opening of the Museum in 2026.
• A group must meet a minimum requirement of 10 individual pavers (including central group name paver) at the time of purchase and cannot exceed 75 total pavers.
• Group paver design consists of gray granite pavers (8” x 8”). Each custom inscribed paver costs $1,790, and the group must also purchase the central group name paver for $1,790.

How to Participate – Buy Now!

• Identify a point of contact (POC) for your group.
• Full payment, including funding for the central group name paver, is needed to confirm and process order.
• Once your group is ready to proceed, your group will be assigned a designated liaison from the National Guard Museum Association who will work directly with your POC to complete and process your order.
